Different By Design is a mixed media art company featuring the work of Jackie & Mitzi Foster. These two sisters are natives of Washington, DC and their love for art began at an early age. Jackie is an artist specializing in mixed media paintings and mixed media/decoupage. Mitzi is an artist specializing in jewelry design, hand-made tote bags and mixed media/decoupage.
